Default S70 Slow starts

What are the signs of a bad clucth. My wife's 2000 S70 5 speed manual transmission having problems starting. The clutch has to be push to the floor several times before the car will start.

Under the dash by the pedal there should be a switch that might need adjustment.

Does it not turn over?

Does it turn over and not start?

The clutch has to be firmly press to the floor several times before the car starts. THe switch is located under the dash by which pedal? How do you adjust the switch?

Sorry it is by the clutch pedal. The switch should slide in and out of the mounting to adjust.
