  • Bad tint.
  • Bad door panels.
Here is the good:
  • T5 wheels.
  • PCV not smoking.
  • Good rotors.
  • Good strut mounts / spring seats.
  • Very tight motor, no leaks or smoke anywhere.
  • NO CEL, ABS. or SRS lights.
Drum rool please............. $400.

Better accessment of the condition:
  • AC line replaced and serviced.
  • Needs new front struts. Right one is bad (bouncy) and the left is blown.
  • Cabin filter deteriorated. Replaced.
  • Needs timing belt, water pump NOT leaking.
  • Left trunk strut missing.
  • Something loose near right rear wheel.
  • Need front ball joints, control arms.
  • Right head light out. Bulb replaced.
  • Coolant res cap cracked. Replaced.
  • Tires replaced.
  • Drivers door speaker blown. Replaced.
  • CD player will not play cd's.
  • Sunroof leaking.
  • Radiator patched at bottom.
  • Needs tune up kit. Spark plug wires original.
  • My guess is that the front motor mount is blown.
  • Right CV axle is bad.
  • Windows were double tinted, who does that?
  • Only 1 key.
  • No remotoes.
  • Headliner sagging.
  • Right rear tail light cracked.
  • Armrest fabric coming loose.
  • Air guide missing.
* Repaired/Replaced means already done and working.

Today we did the following on the car:
  • Replaced the passenger side CV axle with one from the JY.
  • Replaced the passenger side control arm with one from the JY.
  • Replaced the cluster with one that has a trip computer, JY.
  • Replaced the drivers side door latch.
  • Tried to install a trunk lift from an 850, did not fit.
  • Installed fog lights but they do not work.
  • Secured the rear sway bar link. It was loose and sounded like a cow bell.
  • Replaced the stereo head unit with a surprem system, SC-816.
  • Replaced the shifter.
  • Replaced the ignition but it didn't work.

A little more progress on the car. Last night we did the following:
  • Replaced the spark plug wires.
  • Pulled plugs and cleaned and regapped them. They were at .034+
The owner did not hook up the turbo inlet tube good and it poped off about 5 miles later. He called me to let me know the car was stalling and he had to leave it about 1-1/2 miles from home. I knew what he did and took him to go pick it up. Good to go now. Running a lot stronger.
