Default Spark plug change

Just got a wake up call, what size tork is that on the screws that hold the cover in place for the spark plugs. wow was that necessary. seems over kill for a cover. when I get it off, what will I see, and how do I go about changing them. Any tips on what plugs, or special techy stuff to know firstso I don't screw it up the first time and learn the hard way.
5cylinder turbo.

I just had Bemis Volvo in Sycamore, Il do the upgrade software for the Throttle body, and that corrected the idle to a purr, and got rid of the ets light. But before it goes to college with my son I thought We might tuner up a bit.

T-30 for the black cover.
Then 10MM for the coil screws holding the coils down.
The plugs are 5/8
Buy Bosch platinums and put a little anti-seize on the threads before installing the plugs.

Sometimes the cover can be a pain to slide out.

Are the iridium worth the price for a 1998 S70 T5?
