Default Spark plugs wires

Is there a way to test if the wires are in good condition or not.

You can use a Multitester. I think you'll want to set the OHM test to 20,000 on there. Could be wrong though.

If you are just trying to see if the wire is good, you could always set your multimeter to just see if power will flow through the wire. I forget for the life of me what the test setting is. I want to say it is a conductivity test.

To test spark plugs, use a multimeter, generally at the 20k setting. A good rule of thumb is this: if a given wire has greater than 5,000 ohms resistance per foot of wire, it needs to be replaced. For example, a wire that's 1.5 feet long (measured from terminal to terminal, not just the part of the wire between boots) should have no more than 7,500 ohms. Plug wires are supposed to have resistance, so that they don't cause radio interference, however, excessive resistance will cause misfiring under load. Also, make sure you check for cracks in the insulation by wrapping the wire around a finger in several places. Cracks= replace.
