Hi.....New to the forum and have a question.

After turning the ignition key, and the engine starts, it stalls right out! Turn the key again, and it starts and runs fine. This situation happens quite frequently and after several trips to my local indy mechanic, he cannot find the fault.

Anyone have this situation?

 

Check to make sure the Mass Air Flow Sensor has a clean, solid connection. Spark Plugs might also be badly fouled.

 

Did he clean the throttle body?

Also have the fuel pressure checked after sitting.
