Sulfuric Smells
So recently my battery was disconnected and my ecu is in the progress or resetting it's self, and whenever i drive while accelerating my car smells of sulfur.
Could this be attributed to the fuel mixture not being as consistent as previously?

I don't think it has anything to do with the battery or ECU. I'd bet you have a tiny leak somewhere in the heater core or hoses and you're smelling coolant. Do you have your heater on or fan blowing when you smell it?
When you say sulfer do you mean like sulfer dioxide (rotton egg smell) or sulfer (gunpowder smell). Sometimes a catalytic converter going bad will give you the rotton egg smell.
