Default suspension parts question

I wanted to ask a few opinions. I am getting to replace the control arms, tie rods, and a few other parts, maybe the springs too. I have a 99 S70 AWD with 114000 miles and it's getting kinda kreaky, actually sounds pretty bad after it warmed back up last week. Are the scantech parts as good as oem, or should I go with another brand like bilstien, or even genuine volvo parts? I plan on lowering it and I know it's really hard on stuff and I want it to be maintinance free for a long time. Thanks for the input.
