Question Anyone use suspension parts mfd by Hamburg-Technic of Germany?

I'm looking for new front suspension parts for my '99 V70 XC AWD and found a seller on ebay, Deutsche Parts USA which has control arms and sway bar end links mfd by Hamburg-Technic of Germany. They claim these are actual OEM--not OEM style--and exceed OE specs. Their prices are great and free shipping, but I don't want to end up doing the job again in a year. Who are Volvo OEMs? How about Febi, Lemforder, MTC or APA as far as quality for suspension parts? Is Meyle the same as Scan-Tech? Heard nothing but bad about them. THANKS
