This might seem like a silly question, but I can't figure out the taxable horsepower for my 1998 S70 GLT. I'm registering it with the state of MO but bought it from a private seller in IL and the taxable HP isn't listed on the title...

Is there a mathematical formula you would use to figure this out? I'm driving myself nuts trying to research it...!
