Hi

I found this 99 S70 Non Turbo base model with only 62k Miles on it on autotrader in the chicago area where I live. I looked at the free carfax report that they provided and it reported some kind of a Mileage inconsistency in the report. So I called the dealer and they said that its some kind of a human error and that the car only has 67K miles on it. I also ask him if the timing belt has been replaced and he said that he has to ask me servive manager about that. I know that it should have been replaced because of the age of the car. I also noticed something called a loan or lien reported so I dont know what that means. He says its a nice clean one owner car but I know thats what they are suppose to say. Im most likely going to go look at it on Monday and If I like it then I will offer him no more then $5000.
