ok narrowing down what failed .
got my head back with in 3 hours from the machine shop
as seen in pictures the lobes hit .
who also said its not likely it jumped time because there where 3 spots that looked like it ran out of oil , and if it was from being out of time there would be most definitely a bent valve and there were none .
so off with the oil pump to test .damage was from oil not getting through .
now all 4 bolts are off the oil pump and the pump does not want to budge .
any one know of any tricks to get a frozen oil pump out ?

also the head gasket blew on this and when i drained the oil , antifreeze was first to come out when draining the oil , then when fresh oil and drained
you can see the old oil learking behind it like a thick light brown .
was thinking that is it possible that the old bad oil is stuck/frozen ? , in the lines ????????

bottom line for now is this oil pump must come out .
