Transmission s70
Hello everyone.
I will ask for your help, I have a Volvo S70 2000. I changed automatic transmission, drove several days, and the ride was fine, suddenly the gear does not respond properly, the gear beats and the ride starts in third gear. What is the solution, there are tips on what I should do.
Thanks in advance to the respondents.

Check to make sure the "W" switch on the console is not pressed or turned on. That puts the transmission in winter mode and it starts in a higher gear. Secondly, check the fluid level in the transmission to make sure it has enough fluid. Lastly, check to make sure the transmission control module is fully seated and installed properly. It is in the square black box on the right front of the engine compartment as you are looking at the engine. The engine control module is in the same box. That's all I can think of to start with.
Have you checked for codes in the transmission control unit? Does the upshift arrow come on or flash? Sometimes when the gear position sensor (on the transmission) gets a poor/bad connection the trans will shift funny. But there is always a code stored.
