New to us 1998 S70 T5. Issue is the trunk will only open with the key in the lock. It will not open with the remote or the lever on the door. I'm thinking the actuator motor is gone. Has anyone troublehot this issue before? I'm assuming best to check for power at the motor and then the switch. IF that checks out good I would assume the switch actuator motor is shot. Close to smae issue with passenger side door. The door lock will only open when you pull the inside handle on the door. However the lock will go down automatically with the key or remote, just not open. Again, I am assuming a bad motor.

Lastly does anyone know if the trunk and door lock actuators from an 850 will swap over. I can get my hands on some rom a friends parts car...
