Default Turn signal and lights

I have a problem with my right front turn signal. It happened after my wife had a minor accadent that required the replacement of the headlight assembly and the turn signal assembly. I took it to a body repair shop and they took care of the body stuff but not this part. I have done electrical work on my car before so I should be able to fix this if anyone has any ideas. Here is what I know:

Right turn signal works on the rear of the car only. The Front and aftermarket side signal doesnt. At the turn signal clip I have 12V on the 2 outer connections and my negative is in the middle. I am not getting intermittent 12V on either 2 outer connections. On the after market side turn signal I am getting constant 10V as I have the side turn signals set up as side markers as well.

Also on my radio, the right side of my radio lights are not working. The unit works just fine but the bulbs have gone out on the inside of the unit (I think). This is also the case on my wifes 2000ish S40. Only for her car not only is it the right side of the radio but also the right side of the tempeture gages as well. This is a minor issue but very agravating.

If anyone has any thoughts on these please let me know.

Maybe the Turn signal socket is bad.

The radio lights you have to tear the radio all apart and solder new bulbs in.

The climate lights can be replaced.

Well the parking light works (something I forgot to mention) and when the new turn signal assembly came I got a new socket. Is there any way it could be a ground fault some place? Where does the 3 turn signal wires come from? Any chance they go into the cabin behind the passenger airbag? I have to get this fixed this month or my car won't pass state inspection.

Check out the wiring diagram and see if it helps.

I figured out what the problem was for my turn signals!

Durring the accadent my wife had the header pannel was pushed forward which cliped several wires in the small bundle of wires that is right behind the right corner of the pannel. I have several wires that are clipped so it looks like I am going to take the header pannel out so that I have easier access to the bundles of wires to get that fixed. Just wanted to update as to what the problem actually was. Still looking for some advice on the other issue.
