i was recently driving my car it was driving nice and smooth until i hit 55 then it felt like it was vibrating im thinking maybe it was because it was sitting out in a snow storm for a few days and got buried so maybe its the snow doing it but want sure if it may be something else i was told it may be off balance as well

 

Probably just snow in your wheels that is putting them off balance. Try to scrape it off (watch out for the balancing weights) or park the car in a heated garage for a few hours.

 

check the tire pressure
