So i search every forum for the issue im having but looks like no one has had this issue or im not looking hard enough. Upon start up when i turn the key into the second position a loud rattling noise comes from the speedometer area next to the front left tweater speaker and The rpm gauge also starts jumping from 0-3k veryyyy fast. And the car wont start, i even tried priming it since it did snow last night for a couple hours. I would also like to mention i installed now fuel pump, fuel filter, cap and rotor, wires, spark plugs, MAF, PVC, Both O2 sensors, Map sensor all 2k miles ago or couple hundred. I will mention i did a SAS air pump delete (NO CEL of course). My car is also a 1998 not 97 (typo when siging up)


NEVER MIND contact on battery just had to be nudged.
