What is this thing called?!
Hi everyone! I'm having trouble finding the name of this darn thing to replace it. I even took it to a auto store and they have no idea either. It's gotta be some kind of engine mount or motor mount I think. Right? Can anyone help? Thanks!

You are right. Upper torque motor mount. If that one is torn, your lower mounts are probably bad as well.
