Where can I buy a new SAS Valve ?
Hi I had the P0410 error code I know its the secondary air system. I checked it out, first of all the rubber elbow by the SAS valve was destroyed I replaced with something but it is only temporary. I just replaced the pump with a used but working volvo OEM pump. When I removed my old pump there was no water in it at all but I ran a 12 volt source across the ends and it proved to be dead so I did the swap and put on a temporary rubber hose on the elbow in the mean time.
So far I have not heard the pump turn on any of the times I started the car. I know the new pump works I testd it myself.
I have not changed the SAS valve and should probably be using a better hose for the elbow - would these things still be causing the pump not to go on. I reset the codes after I did the swap but only drove around 25 miles or so - So I still have not got the error code back but I know it does take a while for it to come back.
Does any one know where I can buy a new SAS valve and the rubber elbow, I checked FCP Groton but couldnt find it listed anywhere ?
Also is there anything else I should be looking for ?
thanks

There is a link to everything in the air pump system. The vacuum line will be fine to leave it like that.If you really want to replace the elbow with an elbow here is a link to them as well.

Did you replace the relay?
The relay might be bad as well.

I checked the pump today I pulled off the hose leading from the pump into the air filter and I could hear the pump working it was blowing air into the filter but it was not a very strong flow at all if anything it was a very soft flow is this the way it is supposed to be working ? also is it supposed to be flowing into the air filter or sucking air from the filter ?
thanks
