Default Where's the whoosh?

In the last couple months I've had the following work done on my 1998 S70 T5 (148k miles): radiator replaced, timing belt replaced, torque rod bushing replaced (engine mount and firewall). The new bushings have definitely gotten rid of the clunk I heard here and there.

Now, I've discovered something that seems off. I used to remember being able to quickly step on the gas pedal and hearing the whoosh fan like sound of my turbo. When doing that, I had strong acceleration. Now, I barely hear the whoosh if any, and my acceleration seems more linear, like I was driving an non turbo.

Is there something I can look into for this problem? I was thinking of getting a bluetooth OBD reader that can read turbo pressure. Would a reading with that be useful here?

When was the last time the car was tuned up? Nothing that you mentioned has anything to do with pep. Also, do you have the S button pushed?

To R+R the radiator they probably had to mess with the intercooler and may have left a hose loose. I would ck that first.
