Default zero throttle response?

Hi yall, I hope you guys can help me out on this. I've got a '98 s70 - base model. Started the car, have zero response from the throttle. the cable is moving at the throttle body when the gas pedal is depressed, so the cable is still on there - sure acts like it isn't, though. It runs fine, can even creep along in drive, reverse, etc at 5mph, just not getting anything from the pedal!

thanks in advance for the help.
