So I have a 1999 Volvo s80 T6 and I was wondering what is needed to make it louder and faster? Everything is stock and it just went in to the shop for maintenance. I want to make it somewhat faster without damaging the transmission, because i know the 99 T6's have some pretty weak trannys. Let me know

 

You can add a performance (loud) muffler, but as far as an other engine mod, forget it. The tranny is not up to it + this engine is not as easily tuned as the pre-1999 engines. Good luck!
