Default 2000 S80 audio system
stereo system will not turn on, fuses are okay and no other instruments on the panel seem to be affected. any suggestions on how to fix or is it in the stereo system wiring/electrical?

possibly, can you pull it out and check voltage at the connector? I know it might be hard without a diagram, you can try disconnecting the battery, both terminals, for half hour or so.
