2000 s80 master cylinder bleed

2000 s80 master cylinder bleed
How would I bleed the master cylinder with it in the car?I replaced the left hose and when i push on the pedal it goes all the way down.I bleed the side where I changed the brake hose but no luck.So i was thinking i need to bleed the master cylinder so how would i do that get back thanks?
