I had to get the swm replaced at the dealer, $375. then he said the turn signal switch was bad, $ 170. Said the car was done. picked it up after service closed. EXACT same problem as when I took it in. No dash lights turn signals radio light, etc. Can a new module instantly short out, or did they screw up?

 

If I were u I would take it back to the dealer and make them fix it.... since u just got it done... Not to mention it's a PERMANENT FAULT if it happens consistantly... By looking at trouble codesand un plugging things.. most likely can find fault right away.... The tech probably guess what's wrong with it and throw in module...
