2000 S80 T6... $1350 includes 1 broken engine and 1 replacement engine with 40k on it... in general car has 120k on it. so the extra costs includes installing the new engine and new front strut mounts (which if i do that i might as well redo the struts and what not)
it was spur of the moment and took the chance with the situation.
but i want to check with the volvo gods if this was worth it...

also, any recommendations on struts if i could do something sporty or just an upgrade.
and/or any suggestions (personal experience) in regards to upgrading the cars speed and handling

 

ps anyone looking for an s80 motors with the turbos?

 

What's broken in the original engine? If the tranny is in good condition and all electronics including the alarm module are OK I'd say it's and OK deal. If not, then be prepared for some serious expense.
