is this a good car? i have a 98' oldsmobile bravado right now as my first car and my dad knows i hate it and can't stand it... so for going off to college next semester he's getting me a 2000 Volvo. can't find many pictures of it... trying to see what the interior looks like. what are your thoughts on this car? how does it drive.. is it fast.. is it safe? anything. thanks

 

Personally I would never get an early s80. Those cars were prone to major electrical problems due to them being the first cars to have the CAN bus network.

 

Even worse than electrical problems is the transmission. If you're looking at early 2000's, I'd get an S40. Fun little car, great mpg, don't know of any major issues with them.
