Question 2000 Volvo s80 T6 won't start PLEASE HELP!

Just signed up to this forum. Whats ups everyone? I'm in a bit of a dilemma. I'm selling my 1994 300zx because I was given a 2000 s80 T6. But the thing wont start! When the connect the jumper cables to the battery all the lights DO come on. But when I go to start it it just makes the clicking noise. Not sure if it's the battery, the starter, or solenoid. Has anyone else had this problem? I really need to fix this because I'm selling my car very soon and need a car to get around in! I'm pretty good with older Nissans but no very familiar with these Volvo's. Your help would be very very very appreciated! Thanks!

If you are at least getting the clicking of the starter trying to spin, it's probably just a battery issue.

Try jump starting it from a running vehicle with the jumper cables hooked up on the jump points under your hood- give it a few min to charge before trying to crank it up.

If you end up changing out the battery, Whatever you do, don't disconnect the positive cable from the battery first - I just found out the hard way this can trip the SRS Airbag warning light and that's about 50-100$ to reset from someone that has the "special" volvo tool to reset that.
