2001 S80 Fog Lights Pre-wired?

Default 2001 S80 Fog Lights Pre-wired?
My car hasn't any fog lights. Can you install fog lights in the same locations, are there wires already present there, then install inside switch, then program download?
So parts requires are the light housing and switch?

Yes they are prewired.
Yes some you can buy a cover others you need to buy the switch.
Yes you need a download.
