As the title suggests, is the 1997 850 AWD prewired for the marker turn lights?because I can't see or find where the wiring would be if it is. If not has anyone DIY?

 

Yes many have wired them in. To determine if your car was pre-wired all you have to do is look through the door hinge area and see if you see a wire harness end at the spot were the marker light would attach. If you do NOT see the wires, you will have to wire one in yourself.

My 97 855R wasn't prewired, but it wasn't a big deal to pull the wires.

 

my next question then will have to be then, will the marker lights still work with the angel eyes i have on my volvo

 

I don't see why not. They just hook up to the turn signal bulb wiring...

 

Thanks guys I took a look through the door hinge to where the hookup should be and it is prewired. So it shoul be a quick plug and play I hope, when I get the marker lights.

 

you can wire them to come on with just the turn signals or to come on with the headlights
