so this is what I got into when I changed the fan and the temp sensor and the fan still did not work, this is a 60amp breaker that is under the fuse block in the engine compartment, the only way I figured this out was from a dealer book for a 2001 s80 that had all the drawings in it. saved me a huge headache.
