My car fogs up during summer rains. I have the AC on and have tried many setting including defrost but nothing seems to work. It's like riding in a cloud. I have only had the car 3 months so am still learning it.

I just want to make sure if something needs to be replaced or repaired that I get it done before winter hits.
I also had the AC serviced but it sucks when the temps rise above 80.

 

Volvo Ac units cool pretty well, if you had it serviced, I would assume at this point that it was serviced properly except that you say it sucks over 80 degrees. Is your compressor making bad sounds? Is the clutch working?

regardless, foggy window check #1 is always to feel carpet under the floor mats in front - coolant leaks will cause foggy windows very easily.
