Default 2004 S80. Should I buy?

I am looking for an upgrade because my last car gave up on me. I found an 04 2.5 with a 108,000 on it for $5000. The car was owned by an 70 year old woman for the last 10 years and is in great shape. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for me.

Thanks.

2004+ are generally pretty good cars. Looking for one myself. Keep in mind that car is due for a timing belt, so I would use that during the negotiation.

Very good looking car!! All the issues seemed to be worked out by the 04-06 facelift, pretty solid imo. I've had no issues with my 04 that I acquired almost a year ago. I can't quit raving about the driving dynamics, ergonomics, and above all reliability.

Thanks for the help,
I bought the car for a good price, and besides the small interior wear the car is amazing!
Plus fast...
