Default 2005 S80 T5 rough idle No codes - Nothing on vida-dice except my missing rain sensor

At cold start it runs at 1100 RPM for about a minute then drops to between 600-800 RPM [not fluctuating like throttle body issues]
and it shakes.
Feels like it's missing on a cylinder
-Cleaned throttle body
-replaced injector coils
-did PCV system clean and replace
-pulled spark coil from each individual cylinder to isolate which one is having the problem and it kills the engine
-pulled MAF and it runs rougher
-did compression test all 5 cylinders are between 145 and 152
-replaced spark plugs with Volvo original
-ran live system data while driving and getting 1200-1400 degrees peak catalytic converter temps [that's consistent with the rough idle, unburned fuel is lighting up the cat]
-did leak down test to check valves : very slow leakage likely from rings wear
-Vida dice! No codes or errors except my rain sensor doesn't exist

I'm thinking VVT... I don't know what the outputs should look like, but my exhaust plots don't seem right.
Here are some screen shots from the Vida/dice tests that I thought might be relevant.

Any thoughts?
