2008 S80 T6 Running Lean WON'T PASS INSPECTION

As the title suggests my 08 S80 T6 is running lean. I need to know how to solve this issue by the 18th in order to pass or at least possible causes.

start by looking for intake air leaks - runners, vacuum lines etc then consider cleaning the MAF, throttle body, idle valve etc with some MAF cleaner.
