2010 Volvo S80 Wet Front Passenger Floor
Need help identifying where water is coming into my 2010 Volvo S80. Just other day found pool of water on my passenger front floor. Car is parked outside in my driveway -- backed in so the front of car dips downhill. I check windows and seals around the door, the windshield. Glove box dry. No trace of water or wet carpet anywhere else in the car. I opened hood to check closely the seal around the front window...looks in tack and don't see any wear, bubbles or tears. I am not handy...pretty much exhausted my talents/skills -- so, don't see myself taking apart anything. Has anyone else had seminar issue that can give me some guidance? I am not even sure who to take it to to figure out source of leak and fix. An autobody? Auto repair? Volvo dealer?
Can't tell if water is still leaking in...floor was very wet...so, have been putting down towels to absorb and dry out. Floor carpet wet.
I would appreciate any help you can give me.

Check your radiator fluid (coolant) level. Volvos love to develop heater core leaks,
I would find an independant Volvo mechanic if possible rather than a dealer. Would also avoid a "we can fix anything" shop. It's not that a general mechanic can't repair a Volvo, but a shop that specializes in them will know what to look for while they are repairing an item, something in the area or related failures. So do dealers but in my experience they don't care as much whereas the 2 indy shops I've used will be a few bucks cheaper and I don't have to go in as often.

2006 XC90 had same issue. Ended up being clogged roof drains and around windshield. Sits outside most of the time under a fir tree that has incredible amount of pollen and needles. Blew out all areas with compressor and scrubbed all seals around doors/windshield. Solved problem but took a very long time to dry out the carpet and underlay...pulled it back and set up a heat/fan inside a warm garage with windows open for flow.
