I am new to the Volvo scene but I am absolutely in love. I have been working on cars for a short time but really enjoy it. I have recently bought myself a 2013 Volvo S80 T5 powershift and I am looking for performance upgrades for the car. My ultimate dream is to make a daily driver that I can take to the track.

Does anyone have advice about where I can get a good exhaust to make it a bit louder? Also I am thinking of adding a racechip to start with the power upgrades. But I am open to any suggestions.

After you get to stage 0, a tune from someone like Hilton is a good start - it really depends on many $$$ you plan to spend. That same car with the optional 6 cyl 3.0 turbo engine has 300 hp, maybe 325hp/350 torque with a polestar tune. So it would take a bunch of money to make the 5 cyl match or beat the stock performance of the 6 cyl. Volvos are not known for their handling, they are a Front wheel drive car, softly sprung with some serious understeer - heavy and underpowered.
