99' 2.8T swapped with 02' 2.9 n/a?

99' 2.8T swapped with 02' 2.9 n/a?
So I have 2 vehicles: 1999 Volvo S80 2.8t, and 2002 Volvo S80 2.9 n/a.
The engine in the 2002 is good but the body is wrecked, and the 1999 has a great body but the engine is bad.
Question is can I put the 2.9 n/a in the 1999? Will I have to take the ECM with it?
