Can the Front seat backs be swapped with each other?

Default Can the Front seat backs be swapped with each other?
The drivers seat is starting to wear where we first make contact upon entering the car. The passenger seat shows no signs of wear. Is it possible to swap the seat backs with each other?

I don't think so.I think they are angled to fit one side.
