99 S80 missing at idle Pleez help.

Our s80 has had some issues before. fouls plugs in #5 cylinder every 10,000 miles changed all plugs still misses. is there a way to check coil packs with a muliti tester, those bad boys are spendy. could the problem be an o2 censor?
