Hi guys. Since last summer I am the proud owner of a S80 from 2002 It is my 4th Volvo now, but first S80.I have been reading a ton of topics in Dutch and English, but I am still not sure what to do. I bought a Clarion double din aftermarket radio. I notice the radio is quite a bit smaller than the hole. I cut away the ' rail' on the sides in order to fit the new harness in. BUt it is all a little smaller. What kind of kit do I need now? The radio works and all that, but I just needs to fit it all in tightly. Thanks! Greetz from Holland.

You likely need an installation kit and a new face plate to make it "fit" properly.
When you say you cut the rail I'm hoping it's not the rails that the unit slides into position on. If you removed one of those I'm not sure how you'd secure it.
I see you're in Holland so I'm not sure where you can source a kit but these links might give you some ideas.

Thanks!-well i have a double din aftermarket radio. None of them come with a rail such as the original. Wont fit with the rail still attached....since i wont use the original anymore i do not need theto rail, right? But now there is some space left top and bottom..😒
