Default Alarm

Today when I locked my car at work, I noticed that my lights didn't flash. I looked at the red blinker, and it's not blinking. I checked to make sure all doors and trunk were closed and they were. I locked and unlocked it a couple of times with the remote and key, no luck. Anyone out there got some clues?

If there is a fault in the alarm it should display a message in the text window.

Have you tried to activate the alarm by using the panic button on the remote?

I haven't tried to activate it. The message board doesn't display anything about the alarm. my only messages are position light failure. I've replaced every bulb and the headlights are working fine. Not really sure what is going on

I looked in the car, the lights shut off once i lock the car. Funny thing is this morning as I was getting out of the car, I manually locked the car by pushing down the pin twice then I shut it and locked it with the remote and it worked!! I don't know what the heck was wrong with the alarm but it seems to have gone away

yeah, the horn is for when the door is opened while the alarm is armed. The siren is when the motion sensors are set off
