Default Anyone ever try to get reimbursed by Volvo for premature failure of timing belt tensioner?

Anyone ever try to get reimbursed by Volvo for premature failure of timing belt tensioner or other part?

I was thinking that since the recommended service interval is 105k or 10 years and my 2000 s80tensioner failed at 90k, I might have a claim against Volvo.

Let me know if you've heard on anyone being successful or not. Thanks.
