I have a 2001 Volvo S80 and would like to know are there any special tools needed to replace the ball joints? Is it a diy project or should i have a shop do the work? Thank You.

The S80 is different. Nothing too complicated though.

I found the video on the same page as the ball joints for the S80. About $35 each. It is a different set up, but thought it could be helpful (as did the website). I thought some activity on a topic was better than no activity.
