CEL code

I have a CEL code of P0171 system too lean bank 1. wanted to know if this is a O2 sensor?

It could be. I wouldsome cheapertries first. Clean the mass airflow sensor, new fuel filter (if it has a decent amount of miles on it). It could also be a o2sensor, dirty injector, exhaust leak, or a vacuum leak, etc.
