Cold temp suspension squeaks

Cold temp suspension squeaks
2000 S80 2.9
Now that we have hit the colder weather in the midwest, I've got a front left (driver side) suspension squeak that goes away if we clear about 50f.
Also, if I drive it for a while the squeak dies down/goes away.
Any ideas? Something worn out or just need to lube something?
Also, is it true that most Ford dealers can work on these since they apparently share parts/design/etc... ?
