What should I use to reduce / eliminate the windows squeaks, other then lower the roof, or take a hammer to the winodws...

I am assuming that you are talking about the annoying squeek while driving.There is one thing you can do.Go to a BMW dealer and go to parts and ask for something called GUMMI FLEDGE.It is kind of like a cream after you wash your car put that on all the seals on all the windows and on the top.It should quiet it down for a while.Put on every time after washing your car.It is a rubber conditioner.Give that a try and let me know.

The dealer just re-hung and re adjusted both doors. The squeaks are now gone. Apparently, there is a bulletin letting the dealers know how to readjust the windows / doors.

All is better now.
