Coolant loss

Default Coolant loss
I have a 2001 S80 non turbo that is losing coolant. I will get the low coolant stop engine asap message and the coolant is at the MIN level. Some days I can go about three days without losing much if any, and others it flows right on out. It seems to drain more if I'm idling more than normal (traffic, drive through, etc.) Any ideas?

I had an oil leak in the vent box fixed back in january when I bought it. Thats it. Its an 01 s80 with 149k miles

Could be many things that can leak. The radiator might be bad. Best thing to do is have the coolant system pressure tested.

It was a cracked radiator. 600$ repair

It happens with age, unfortunately. Price seems about right.
