Does the fan come on when the AC is turned on? If not, you have a problem.

The electric fan is suppose to come on when the motor reaches about 216 degrees F and turn back off at about 205 degrees. So, unless you are sure the motor is above 216 degrees, don't worry about it.

Default slow turning fan

My fan turns slow wen car is off. I will overheat in hot weather and traffic. Do I need a new fan or temperature sensor?

have you checked the wires?
Also There can be faulty control module on the fan.
Have you tried to force fan to be on using dealer computer?

I had the turbo air pipe fry the cooling fan relay wire ......I got a used engine/cooling fan for 100 bucks and did the repair in about 20minutes.......if you need a step through I can definetly help you buddy...

I went through the exact same issue with the fan module relay return wire . All it was , was an exposed wire....
... y should I half to buy the hole unite when I need a simple wire. The truth is I had to bite my lip and spend the hun . My advice find a used one the repair is very simple..four screws and it slids in. Mine was off of an 01 non turbo with 120 thousand on it ..hope this helps $$$ factor

Had the same issue. After hooking up jumper wires to the fan and seeing it worked, I assumed the control module was bad and replaced it. Got one for $15 from the junk yard. Spliced it in and works great. Real easy to replace. (4 torx screws)
