Struts or other suspension components. My 2000 S80 makes a very light creak when I go over speed bumps. I was pulling into the apartment complex the other day, I had the music turned off and the windows down when I went over the speed bump and heard the creak. I'm not over concerned but I'm going to keep an eye on it. When "tech" gets online he'll be able to answer your question more definatively.
Look under the car at the front of the Lower control Arm.
You will see either 2 things on the control arm. A wheel bolted on or a Plate with a plastic peice on it.
If you have the plastic peice put some grease on it and see if the noise goes away.

I had a creeching noice just like that and the dealer makes some orings for the rear subframe bushings specifically for this problem. The orings go on top of the subframe bushing and also replace the subframe bolts. Total parts is about $20.00.
