Quick Question here.

Driver Side Tire, the plastic on the inside of that well, there are these alan wrench screws holding it in place, my alan wrench doesnt seem to open them, Are they the type that you have to break and buy new ones to put them in?

My goal is to get inside of the Fender to pop out some dents, any help would be appreciated.

They are probably a torx screw. Get a torx t-25 bit. They also could be rivits which will have to be drilled out then replaced.

 

They are rivets, I had to drill them out to take off my bumber in order to replace my headlight. Good luck!
